As a key capability within the new Tailored Therapeutics organization, Lillys Imaging group develops, evaluates, validates and applies imaging methods across all therapeutic areas and all phases of drug discovery and development, providing quantitative metrics of target engagement, relevant pharmacodynamics effects and tools for tailoring (selection of appropriate patients).
We are currently recruiting a Clinical Research Scientist to provide technical leadership and imaging biomarker support to development programs, with particular emphasis on Neuroscience. As a key scientific member of the Imaging group, he/she will be responsible for the design, conduct, and analysis of imaging biomarker work. Moreover, he/she is expected to explore new opportunities to apply imaging methods to drug development, and to help maintain and build a network of specialized imaging research partners.
Responsibilities:
Work with Discovery research scientists, preclinical and clinical imaging scientists, as well as therapeutic area and cross-functional colleagues in the development and validation of imaging biomarkers to support testing and validating tailoring hypotheses and clinical drug development.
Interact with consultants and clinical investigators to plan, initiate, and conduct worldwide imaging biomarker trials.
Work with the imaging group and with external collaborators/vendors to ensure robust data collection, imaging data oversight (quality control) and image analysis.
Design and support technical method validation studies.
Design, edit, write and review protocols and technical imaging documents (e.g., technical manuals, imaging review charters). Work with statisticians on analysis plans involving imaging endpoints.
Support standardization of imaging methodologies across sites and countries, in order to enable clinical trials leading to dose selection and earlier molecule decision points.
Prepare and present documentation of imaging and/or clinical trial results to teams, corporate committees, regulatory agencies, and outside audiences.
Publish results of research projects and clinical trials as appropriate.
Support Early Implementation and Program Teams to develop biomarker strategies and incorporate imaging biomarkers into clinical development plans across the various therapeutic areas.
Identify potential collaborators and investigators.
Support the brand with planning of symposia/publications/speaking engagements.
Establish and maintain contacts with external experts and opinion leaders on a regional and international basis.
Participate in extramural scientific relations such as pharmaceutical industry associations, and professional scientific organizations on local and international scale.
Engage actively in relevant precompetitive initiatives and consortia.
Basic
Qualifications:
Eligible candidates must have a PhD and a minimum of 6 years post-graduate experience with a documented strong research background in application of clinical imaging biomarker work.
Demonstrated sound understanding of scientific principles, experimental method and study design.
Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
