Responsibilities:
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
Support of the IAPI Cleaning program to ensure that it is technically sound and compliant with cGMP Quality Standards and regulatory expectations.
Routinely monitor and analyze cleaning related data to provide early detection of adverse trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain Cleaning Flow Documents that provide critical details regarding cleaning equipment, recipes, and flow paths.
Assess the impact proposed process changes may have on equipment cleaning and develop appropriate actions required to ensure cleaning remains effective and compliant.
Develop, execute, and summarize production equipment cleaning activities required to support the technical agenda and maintenance of existing processes.
Identify and drive completion of continuous improvement activities that result in a more robust and efficient cleaning program.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelors in scientific disciplines of Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment
Technical knowledge of manufacturing and equipment cleaning processes.
Understanding of cGMP Standards and regulatory expectations pertaining to manufacturing, equipment cleaning, and validation.
Skills to effectively influence diverse groups, make appropriate and timely decisions, and identify and resolve problems.
Ability to organize, prioritize and effectively to ensure on-time delivery projects and tasks.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required to develop technical reports and communicate clearly and succinctly with team members and leadership.

Additional Skills/Preferences:
Additional relevant industrial experience in any of the following associated disciplines such as Protein Manufacturing, Engineering, Development, and Quality Control is desirable.
Capability to recognize and assess changes in business needs/priorities with the ability to quickly adjust work plans and strategies appropriately.
Additional Information:
Must complete ITP for Scientist TS/MS IAPI (Cleaning Program Associate)
No certifications required.
Tasks require entering manufacturing areas which require wearing appropriate PPE.
May include supervising direct reports.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
