The candidate must have extensive experience with the preparation and negotiation of all types of development and financing documents for commercial real estate transactions and leasing. Should preferably bring at least $250,000 in portable business. Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana or eligible for admission on foreign license.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
