Indianapolis office seeks corporate and securities partner or of counsel having extensive experience with general corporate law and experience with some of the following: mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, recapitalizations, and private placements of senior and mezzanine debt and equity securities; strategic business planning and counseling for companies at various stages of growth; representing closely held companies that have financial, regulatory, operational or shareholder complexities; private equity, subordinated debt, and venture funds and their portfolio companies; and other sophisticated transactional, corporate and contract work. The candidate should be a member of the Indiana Bar or eligible to waive in.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
