Associate General Counsel - Litigation
The candidate will supervise litigation matters of company. Will strategize with senior management regarding management and analysis of litigation matters; manage outside counsel; assist in corporate compliance efforts; and provide administrative support to the legal and compliance departments. Counsel with legal and business partners to effectively manage legal risk. Develop case strategies. Conduct legal research, document collection and review, conduct witness interviews, prepare and respond to discovery requests. Participate in alternative dispute resolution, negotiating and drafting of settlement agreements. Partner with outside counsel, reviewing and editing written advocacy while acting as a liaison between outside counsel and employees. Monitor, analyze, and report data regarding litigation. Review and respond to employee related issues that are escalated. Perform all other duties as requested or assigned.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
