Responsibilities:
This position serves as the focal point for trade and specialty data operations and stewardship and leads high impact, cross-functional data efforts within the Trade and Specialty Group and Managed Healthcare Services.
This includes the development, implementation, and management of all reporting and analytical tools using data from channel partners including Specialty Pharmacies, Specialty Distributors, Wholesalers, HUB Service Providers, Retail and Mail Order Pharmacies, and other Channel Partners and 3 rd party vendors.
The position will work closely with and require a strong partnership with Brand Teams, other MHS groups, IT, Privacy, Compliance, Medical, and Legal business partners.
The position reports to the Advisor, Channel Performance and Analytics, Trade and Specialty Group.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
3 plus years of experience with data integration, stewardship, and related applications across a variety of data domains
Experience with medical related data

Develop clear understanding of the Specialty strategy, contracts, and data requirements
Determine, implement, and support data requirements for new and existing channel initiatives including distribution, marketing, and patient support program initiatives
Understand Brand and Stakeholder reporting needs and lead the development data reports, dashboard, metrics for measurement, and other tools to meet those needs
Own communication and change management activities related to data governance and stewardship
Proactively influence business leaders on data decisions
Understand and support the integration of data across domains
Anticipate and resolve key technical problems which result from the rollout of new analytical capabilities
Data Operations and Stewardship
Partner with business areas to improve processes using Trade and Specialty data Develop, document, and enforce data standards, data workflows, and SOPs
Drive for common solutions where data and business process inconsistencies exist
Own monitoring and measuring data quality and stewardship activities through metrics
Ensure the data is of appropriate quality through validation checks/reports
Be recognized as the data expert and participate in any initiatives that would impact Trade and Specialty data
External Environment and Privacy Knowledge
Maintain understanding of regulatory environment and its impact on data
Thorough knowledge of data sources and issues surrounding relevant data including privacy and compliance requirements
Keep up to date and share industry trends and best practices in data stewardship and data privacy requirements
Maintain strong vendor relationships for data initiatives
Additional Information:
Ability to work through complex, cross-affiliate situations, requiring strong attention to detail while also understanding the strategic picture
Ability to understand data needs and clearly communicate and influence at multiple organizational levels

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
