The candidate must have extensive experience with the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements for commercial real estate transactions and leasing. Additional experience in the area of real estate finance documentation is a benefit. Should be a member of the Indiana Bar or eligible to waive in.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
