Responsibilities:
In early 2014 Lilly Oncology will be embarking on one of the most important and exciting times in our history. We have the potential to launch new and innovative producs into the US marketplace. In addition we will continue to build the equity of Lilly Oncology among various HCP stakeholders that care for patients and their families. From an individuals career perspective, the purpose of this position is to develop and strengthen ones technical skills in both marketing and non-face-to-face execution.
The Lilly Oncology Marketing Associate/Senior Associate/ Associate Consultant will be responsible for the tactical implementation and execution in the non-sales force channel. They will be responsible for identifying patient needs and for the development and integration of any tactic that requires a technology component. They will manage Lilly Oncology social media channels, channel mix recommendations, web applications, iVA and website development and maintenance. This role reports to the Lilly Oncology Brand director and has both US and global responsibilities.
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
The Marketing Associate / Senior Associate / Associate Consultants responsibilities are listed below. A Marketing Associate / Senior Associate / Associate Consultant may not perform all of the tasks listed.
Operations Support (70%)
Project Implementation / Financial Management
Assist with tactical communication
vehicles
, track schedule and coordinate with other team associates.
Track and manage detailed budget for responsible tactics (MMS, accrual process, etc.).
Provide budget roll-up to brand budget owner.
Partner Relationship Management
Supports relationship with agency / external vendor partner, day-to-day relationship with business partners.
Risk Management
Responsible for understanding, implementing and adhering to company policies, processes and external obligations, as applicable.
Tactic Development
Prepare, Create, Approve
Responsible for deliverables, provide input on deliverable / project plans and on deliverable creation, verify appropriate functions have been consulted, ensure deliverables align with brand strategy, and escalate issues as needed.
Website Management:
Serve as Lilly Website Owner.
Responsibilities of the Lilly Website Owner include: providing oversight of website content, ensuring development and maintenance is performed in accordance with procedures, providing consultation to project manager and others, ensuring all appropriate quality checks are performed, and ensuring periodic reviews conducted.
Facilitate sales force brand champion input to the agency for tactics requiring sales force input.
Brand Strategy Support (30%)
Customer Experience
Provide input and help to create the direction for a positive customer experience.
Understand all customer insights and identify integration Moments of Truth (MOTs) and issues / opportunities.
Participate in development of customer council required elements and materials.
Message / Creative Development
Support selection of message in partnership with agency and Lilly Market Research (LMR).
Actively participate in agency-led development of creative platform, review and recommend revisions to the creative brief and the creative expression of creative platform.
Tactic Assessment / Message Management
Monitor performance of customer tactics via performance metrics determined by brand and agency.
Monitor messages, adjusting message / tactics, as needed.
Develop measurement plan for tactics in area of responsibility. (May partner with Analytics / Lilly Market Research, as well as agency partners, to design and oversee implementation of the measurement plan.)
Assess major tactics and devise acceleration or course corrections, as needed to achieve / exceed planned results.
Tactic Implementation / Media Planning
Oversee and approve partner payer agencies tactics.
Approve all tactic briefs, estimates and timelines and work to solve issues / roadblocks.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
At least 2 years of eMarketing experience
2 plus years website development experience
2 plus years social media marketing experience
2 plus years of experience with agencies / external partner vendors

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
